I think there are maybe two reasons for this problem. First is the editor that you used is old version tries to update your WordPress, or secondly, the theme did not support the function you want. Try another theme. Three months ago, I made the same website for my client he’s running shoes and workboots business, and he asks for the same feature that you want and is not available in my theme that’s why I change the idea of the website.
