zkousim zprovoznit plugin “I Recomended This”, ale nedari se mi to. Zna nekdo tenhle plugin a vysvetli mi kam konkretne mam vlozit kody pro zprovozneni?

Dobrý den,

převážně to bývá tak, že použijete pouze jeden kód. Shortcode se vkládá do stránek nebo příspěvků, tam kde chcete zobrazit plugin. PHP kód vkládáte přímo do php souborů šablony v případě, pokud si tvoříte vlastní vzhled šablony a chcete plugin zobrazit mimo obsah stránek nebo příspěvků.

Dobrý den,
ony ty základní stránky se kterými WordPress pracuje, respektive které vidíte, nejsou index.php a functions.php, ale page.php a single.php. Page.php je šablona stránky (může jich být v závislosti na použité šabloně i více) a single.php je šablona příspěvku (ten bývá obvykle jeden). Pak jsou zde ještě header.php (hlavička stránky), footer.php (patička), sidebar.php (boční sloupec), tag.php (šablona pro zobrazení příspěvků na základě štítku), category.php (rubrika) a pak ještě další, ale toto jsou ty základní. Já trochu nepochopil kam vlastně ten PHP kód chcete umístit, takže je těžké trochu radit :), ale předpokládám, že asi do příspěvku, takže do souboru single.php.

Takze konkretne…shortcode jsem umistil do post stranky a pote se mi zobrazi pouze cislice bez ikony.
Zkousel jsem tedy pridat php kod do functions (prestane fungovat cely wordpress a musim kod odstranit pres ftp), index, single page, single post a mnoho dalsich. Nic ale nefunguje. Takze moje otazka stale zni, kam se php kod ma umistit aby plugin fungoval.

Myslím si, že @azifaral Vám dal vyčerpávající odpověď.

Otázka je opravdu kde chcete plugin zobrazit? Nainstaloval jsem si plugin na svých testovacích stránkách a vložil shortcode přímo do stránky. Vše se zobrazuje normálně. Pokud bych jej chtěl zobrazit do patičky, tak u základních šablon otevřu soubor footer.php a vložím kód

třeba hned na začátek (v případě zájmu předvedu).

Dotaz by měl převážně začít: Používam WP 4.7, šablonu tu a tu, adresa stránek ta a ta. Nainstaloval jsem plugin I Recommend This a plugin se nezobrazuje správně.

V tom případě by odpověď byla: Aktivujte základní šablonu, případně deaktivujte ostatní pluginy, protože zřejmě něco koliduje s Vámi zmíněným pluginem.

@vision69: Ještě jenom drobný dodatek pro pochopení, protože se trošku zbytečně držíte nějakých “pokynů” vývojářů, ale oni Vám vlastně nic moc nediktují. On celý ten WordPress je vlastně složen z těch php tagů a Vy prostě přidáte jenom další. Rozdíl mezi vkládání pomocí shortcode a php tag je tom, že v tom prvním případě by jste musel ten shortcode vkládat do příspěvku pokaždé když je budete tvořit, v tom druhém případě ten php tag vložíte do šablony a máte jej tam pořád. Samozřejmě musíte ctít zásady programování v php a tak jej taky nemůžete v tom souboru single.php (pokud se bavíme o příspěvku) “vrazit” kamkoliv, ale tak, aby nedošlo k porušení stávajícího kódu. Takže pokud ty znalosti ohledně php / html nemáte tak se vám bude trošku špatně ten kód vkládat, protože to budete dělat více méně stylem pokus / omyl. A znovu a zase opakuji, zapomeňte na soubory index.php a functions.php apod, psal jsem Vám to minule a vy obratem píšete, že když jste ten tag vložil do functions.php, tak že se Vám zhroutil WordPress. No to se nedivte, tam takový tag nemá co dělat. V příloze posílám ukázku jak mám podobný tag vložený já do single.php, aby jste měl jasno co musíte udělat. Píšu podobný, protože v mém případě se jedná o include dalšího php, ale ten princip a mechanismus je totožný.

pokud chci plugin vlozit do urcite stranky nebo na urcite misto…pouziju k tomu prave shortcode a ne php.
Pouziavm wordpress 4.7.2, sablonu Uncode a zminovany plugin je soucasti tehle sablony.

Myslim, ze mi staci poradit, kam mam kod vlozit. Zkousel jsem ruzna mista, ale vzdy to rozhodi wordpress.
Jen podotykam, kod se nevklada proto, aby se plugin zobrazoval na urcitem miste, k tomu slouzi shorcode.
Php kod zde zrejme slouzi pro funkcnost pluginu.
Plugin nyni funguje, ale zobrazuje se pouze cislo bez ikony.

Patrně je pro Vás úprava PHP příliš složitá a pokud nemáte vytvořenou Child Theme, tak bych Vám stejně úpravu těchto souborů neradil, protože případnou aktualizací šablony o úpravy přijdete a budete to řešit znovu.
Pokud Vám špatně fungují Shortcode, tak bych to opravdu typoval na nějaký problém se šablonou nebo nějakým pluginem. Já jsem nikam žádné PHP kód nevkládal a jak jsem Vám již posílal odkaz vše funguje normálně.

V nastavení pluginu je hned první volba “Automaticky zobrazovat v” a máte zde možnost zatrhnout “Příspěvcích” a “Na všech stránkách jako Index, Archívech a dalších”. Zkoušel jste zatrhnout tyto možnosti?
Pokud není ani toto funkční, můžete vkládat kam co chcete a nebude funkční nic. Prostě si opravdu plugin s něčím nerozumí.

Je to naprosto přesně jak píše @kovanda. Taky jsem si nakonec zkusil nainstalovat ten plugin, zatrhnul v nastavení “post”, pomocí shortcode vložil do příspěvku a bez problémů fungovalo včetně ikony, takže pokud @vision69 máte problém, tak ten je někde v kombinaci se šablonou, případně jinými pluginy. Takže je potřeba vyzkoušet klasický postup, vypnutí ostatních pluginů, přepnutí šablony např. do Twenty Fourteen a uvidíte zda plugin funguje, věřím, že ano.

Nicméně, pak jsem zkusil tu druhou variantu a to, že jsem si upravil přímo šablonu příspěvku a taky bez problémů fungovalo, pak už samozřejmě není potřeba nic nastavovat v nastavení pluginu.

A aby bylo opravdu jasno, je to jak jsem psal já. Buď používáte shortcode, zatrhnete nastavení pluginu a on se zobrazí na konci příspěvku. V mém případě bohužel přímo na poslední řádek v textu, takže designově nanic. Nebo si do příspěvku vkládáte vždy shortcode na místo kde chcete, což je sice hezké, ale velmi nepohodlné, protože na to musíte vždy myslet. A nebo, to je ta varianta s php tagem
<?php if( function_exists('dot_irecommendthis') ) dot_irecommendthis(); ?>, který vložíte přímo do šablony příspěvku, případně si to můžete nastylovat pomocí CSS podle vlastní potřeby a pak se vám vždy do každého příspěvku ten plugin vloží přesně do daného místa i z vašim stylováním. Takže žádné jak vy říkáte , že php kód slouží pro funkčnost (ani nevím co bych si pod tím představil) a pak ještě použijete shortcode. Je to buď a nebo.

Jinak z toho Vašeho kódu co jste poslal jsem trochu nemoudrý, takže takto na dálku neumím poradit. A samozřejmě úpravu souboru šablony je nutné dělat pomocí Child Theme jak píše @kovanda.
